The portal offers machine-to-machine services to large scale organisations, exposing a set of web services for retrieval of data maintained in ESMA Registers repositories.

Free Text 1 (German): Bekanntmachung: FMA verhängt Sanktion gegen die BNP Paribas SA wegen Verletzung der Anforderungen an redliche, eindeutige und nicht irreführende Informationen im Rahmen ihres Marktauftritts Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA teilt mit, dass sie wegen Verstößen gegen das Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018 (WAG 2018) und die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2017/565 durch eine Verletzung der Anforderungen an redliche, eindeutige und nicht irreführende Informationen hinsichtlich des Marktauftritts gegen die BNP Paribas SA als juristische Person im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Abs 2b Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG) mittels Straferkenntnis eine Geldstrafe von EUR 235.000,- verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
Free Text 2 (English): Announcement: FMA imposes sanction against BNP Paribas SA for a breach of the requirements for a breach on the requirement for honest, clear and non-misleading information in its market presence The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby advises that it has imposed a fine of EUR 235,000 by way of a penal order against BNP Paribas SA as a legal person by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz) for breaches against the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018) and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 due to a breach of the requirements for honest, clear and non-misleading information with regard to its market presence. The penal order is final.
