This compilation has been carried out with utmost care and to the best of its ability and ESMA endeavours to continuously update the information provided. Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde FMA teilt mit, dass sie wegen Verletzung einer Veranlagungsbestimmung (§ 74 Abs 1 InvFG 2011) in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds gemäß § 48 AIFMG iVm § 166 InvFG 2011 gegen einen verantwortlichen Beauftragten der 3 Banken-Generali Investment-Gesellschaft m.b.H. eine Geldstrafe von € 2.000,– verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of € 2,000 by means of a penal order against a responsible representative of 3 Banken-Generali Investment-Gesellschaft m.b.H. for a breach against an investment provision (Article 74 para. 1 of the Investment Funds Act 2011 (InvFG 2011; Investmentfondsgesetz 2011) in relation to a jointly owned fund pursuant to Article 48 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) in conjunction with Article 166 InvFG 2011. The penal order is final.
