Free Text 1 (German): Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA teilt mit, dass sie wegen Verletzung der Kreditaufnahmegrenze in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds und wegen Verletzung von Fondsbestimmungen in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds gegen die Kapitalanlagegesellschaft MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH als juristische Person im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Finanzmarkt-aufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG) mittels Straferkenntnis eine Geldstrafe von € 2.800 verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
Free Text 2 (English): The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of € 2,800 by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz) for a breach of the limit set for the granting of a loan in relation to a jointly owned fund and for a breach of the fund provisions in relation to a jointly owned fund against the investment fund management company MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH as a legal person. The penal order is final.
