The portal offers machine-to-machine services to large scale organisations, exposing a set of web services for retrieval of data maintained in ESMA Registers repositories.

Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA teilt mit, dass sie über die MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH als juristische Person wegen Verstößen gegen § 74 Abs. 1 InvFG 2011 (Verletzung der Veranlagungsgrenze in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds) und § 80 Abs. 1 InvFG 2011 (Verletzung der Kreditaufnahmegrenze in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds) im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Abs. 2b Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG) eine Geldstrafe in Höhe von EUR 5.600,- verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.

The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 5,600.00 by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG) against MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH as legal entity for breaches against Article 74 para. 1 (breaching the limit set for the investment limit in relation to a jointly owned fund) and Article 80 para. 1 (breaching the limit set for the granting of a loan in relation to a jointly owned fund) of the Investment Funds Act of 2011 (InvFG 2011). The penal order is final.
