Free Text 1 (German): Bekanntmachung: FMA verhängt Sanktion über die Kapitalanlagegesellschaft Amundi Austria GmbH wegen Verstößen gegen das Investmentfondsgesetz 2011 (InvFG 2011) Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA teilt mit, dass sie über die Kapitalanlagegesellschaft Amundi Austria GmbH als juristische Person wegen Verstößen gegen die Veranlagungsgrenze des § 74 Abs. 5 InvFG 2011 in Bezug auf zwei Miteigentumsfonds (im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrens-beendigung gemäß § 22 Abs. 2b FMABG) eine Geldstrafe in Höhe von EUR 28.000 verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
Free Text 2 (English): Announcement: FMA imposes sanction against the investment fund management company Amundi Austria GmbH for breaches against the Investment Funds Act 2011 (InvFG 2011) The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 28,000.00 (by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG)) against the investment fund management company Amundi Austria GmbH for breaches of Article 74 para. 5 of the Investment Funds Act of 2011 (InvFG 2011) in relation to two jointly owned funds. The penal order is final.
