Bekanntmachung: FMA verhängt Sanktion über die LLB Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. wegen Verstoßes gegen Veranlagungsbestimmungen Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA teilt mit, dass sie über die LLB Invest Kapitalanlage-gesellschaft m.b.H. als juristische Person wegen Verstoßes gegen die Veranlagungsbes-timmungen des § 71 Abs. 2 Z 2 Investmentfondsgesetz 2011 (InvFG 2011) in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds (im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Abs. 2b FMABG) eine Geldstrafe in Höhe von EUR 1.600,- verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.

Announcement: FMA imposes sanction against LLB Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. for breach against investment provisions The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 1,600.00 (by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG)) against LLB Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. for a breach of the investment provisions in Article 71 para. 2 no. 2 of the Investment Funds Act of 2011 (InvFG 2011) in relation to a jointly owned fund. The penal order is final.
